In 2026, Bradley & Bray Lawyers is proudly celebrating an incredible milestone - 50 years of supporting clients on the Sunshine Coast!
Founded in 1976 as AG Bradley and Associates, the firm has grown steadily to become a multiple award-winning practice on the Sunshine Coast. Over the past five decades, we have built a strong reputation in business and commercial law, property and real estate, and succession and estate planning, all while supporting the local community and focusing on practical, client-centric advice.
The next chapter in our history began in 1980 when Mark Bray joined the firm, later purchasing it in 1986 and renaming it Bradley & Bray Solicitors. Under Mark’s leadership, the firm expanded its services and reputation, setting the foundation for long-term success before his retirement in 2021.
Innovation has been a key driver of the firm’s recent growth. Since becoming Partner in 2019, and later stepping into the role of sole Director in 2021, Jacob Corbett has led the firm through a period of modernisation - streamlining legal processes and making services more accessible for clients. Following Mark Bray’s retirement, Jacob has continued to evolve the business, redefining how legal services are delivered while maintaining the high standard of client care the firm is known for.
This focus on innovation has seen the firm form strategic partnerships and play a pioneering role in Queensland’s first commercial e-conveyancing transaction. Jacob also continues to help shape the future of e-conveyancing through his role on PEXA’s Member Advisory Council, with the firm earning ongoing industry recognition for innovation, leadership, and regional excellence.
Strategic growth has also been a focus, with three firm acquisitions, the appointment of Peter Griffin as Partner, and the elevation of Bridie Edwards as the firm’s youngest and first female Director in 2023, before becoming Partner in 2025.
To mark the milestone, Bradley & Bray Lawyers will host a private celebration for referrers, professional partners, and long-standing clients - a chance to reflect on the firm’s history, celebrate trusted relationships, and look ahead to what’s next.
