Joshua Bell joined the Bradley & Bray team as a Law Graduate in 2026, bringing a dynamic mix of legal knowledge, real-world experience, and an infectious enthusiasm for learning. A graduate of Deakin University, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, making him ideally suited for the path of Business & Commercial Law.
Joshua’s career path wasn’t always set in stone. He discovered the depth and complexity of law during university, and once he did, he was hooked. Since then, he’s been driven by a curiosity to keep learning and taking on new challenges.
Before stepping into the legal profession, Joshua gained experience across a range of roles, including as a paralegal, a sales representative, and working part-time in hospitality and retail while studying. These experiences shaped his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, a helpful skill in his legal career. For Joshua, it’s all about building trust, confidence, and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Known for being empathetic, supportive, and dedicated, Joshua brings a calm, approachable energy to the team. He values enthusiasm and teamwork in everything he does and thrives in our hardworking yet fun, collaborative environment.
Outside of work, Joshua’s all about staying active, whether it’s basketball, footy, or cricket. Around the campfire, he’s known to pull out the guitar, backed by an impressive (and selective) memory that makes him a formidable pub trivia teammate, especially when it comes to basketball or 2000s music. Born and bred in Melbourne, Joshua now spends his downtime soaking up the sun at the beach, out on a run, attempting to master surfing, or catching a footy game at the pub.
