Margauze Lee joined Bradley & Bray Lawyers as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2025, supporting the firm’s property law team. She genuinely enjoys helping clients through the exciting (and sometimes stressful!) process of buying and selling property. With over six years of experience across residential conveyancing and commercial property leasing, she brings a calm, organised, and supportive approach to every matter she works on.
Interestingly, Margauze never originally planned on working in conveyancing. Encouraged by former colleagues to join a conveyancing firm in New South Wales, she took a chance on something completely new and quickly discovered a genuine passion for property law and helping clients navigate important life milestones. While the learning curve was challenging at first, it quickly turned into a career she thoroughly enjoys.
Margauze loves being able to support clients during one of the biggest milestones in their lives and takes pride in helping make the process feel smooth and stress-free. She’s known for being hardworking, reliable, quick to learn, and always happy to support both her team and clients whenever she can.
Her colleagues describe her as positive, funny, and delightful to work with, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
Outside the office, Margauze enjoys cooking, gardening, and karaoke, and loves spending quality time with family and friends. As a mum of three, she’s also become highly skilled at solving sibling disputes and tracking down missing shoes - all before her coffee gets cold!
