Receptionist
Ashlee Avery is the welcoming face and friendly voice of our firm, bringing more than 15 years of experience in administration and reception, including three years in the legal sector. She holds both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Business and is passionate about creative a positive experience for every client who contacts or visits the firm.
She began her legal administration career at a law firm in Rockhampton and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed supporting clients and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. After relocating to the Sunshine Coast, she found her way back to the legal industry and has continued to build her skills in client service and administration.
Guided by the values of kindness, reliability, honesty and transparency, Ashlee takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their interactions with the firm. For her, a successful outcome is when a client leaves the firm feeling reassured and clear about their next steps. Both clients and colleagues alike appreciate Ashlee’s friendly nature, approachable manner and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find Ashlee snowboarding or doing crochet, as well as spending time with loved ones and dreaming about her next travel adventure (especially if it involves snow!)
