Top 10 Finalist: Women In Law Awards - Innovator of the Year
Bradley & Bray’s recent selection as a top 10 Finalist in the Women in Law Awards in the category of Innovator of the Year is special to me for two reasons:
If you have ever dealt with our firm, you would be well aware that we are a female dominated workplace, and I have the privilege of working with strong female talent in a host of different roles across our firm; and
Innovation is close to our hearts here. We have developed a brand of making the delivery of legal services accessible, simple and fast for our busy clients, as well as reducing the impact on our staff over time, allowing their time to be spent actually advising clients, as opposed to spending time doing administrative jobs that technology has now solved! Being named on a national level as a firm doing this well gives me great pride and clarity that we are heading in the right direction.
