Michelle Carson is a seasoned business and commercial lawyer in the Commercial team at Bradley & Bray Lawyers, specialising in commercial and property law, where she brings to the table an in-depth understanding of planning and environment, contract, and property law.

With a comprehensive background spanning various legal roles, Michelle has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field. Over the past thirteen years, she has amassed valuable legal experience, transitioning from a Paralegal role to Solicitor positions with a focus on planning and environment law, contract law, and property law. Her legal journey commenced in 2010 at HWS Lawyers as a paralegal whilst studying law, until her appointment as a solicitor in 2017. During this time, she has established good solid relationships with clients on the Coast whilst gaining an appreciation for how Brisbane and the wider Queensland legal community operates.

Michelle honed her property and business law knowledge during her tenure at Klooger Phillips/Ascendia Lawyers where she developed expertise in planning and environment law, government-related legal matters, contract law, property law, litigation, commercial litigation, and liability. During this time, she played a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, showcasing her versatility and legal acumen.

More recently, Michelle held the role of Development Compliance Officer at Sunshine Coast Council. In this capacity, she garnered invaluable insights into the nuances of planning and environmental law within a governmental framework, knowledge that proves advantageous for commercial clients seeking a lawyer with specialised expertise in this domain.

Michelle is not only an accomplished business and commercial lawyer, but also a dedicated professional with a diverse skill set encompassing many aspects of business and commercial law. Her varied experience and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Bradley & Bray team.

Outside of her professional commitments, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her two beautiful little girls and her husband. Other than that, you may find her either at the beach or tending to her garden at home.
