bradley bray merges with pmg law

Bradley & Bray Lawyers, practicing in Business, Commercial, Succession and Conveyancing Law, has completed its merger with Brisbane-based law firm PMG Law, a well-respected firm run by Peter Griffin providing expert legal advice in the same legal areas as Bradley & Bray.

The official announcement was made on 1st December 2022 in Nambour, Queensland.

Peter Griffin has worked along-side Bradley & Bray for many years, first in his capacity as locum solicitor, consultant, and on 1 July 2022 with his appointment as Partner. Peter now leads our firm’s Succession practice, servicing clients in the areas of Wills, Estates, Estate Planning and Estate Litigation.

For Peter, Bradley & Bray Lawyers was an obvious choice for the next step in his career, providing further legal and support resources to his diverse range of clientele, and ensuring that his clients continue to be supported into the future.

For Bradley & Bray, PMG Law was an easy choice, with a base in Bulimba, Brisbane and with many of PMG’s platforms and processes complementary to those within the firm. Peter has also become an essential part of the firm’s framework, and his experience and expertise are an important asset to the future of Bradley & Bray.

The merger fits seamlessly within Bradley & Bray’s mission to provide personal, innovative and quality legal advice to its clients, and to extend its reach to the Brisbane region.

Jacob Corbett, Director of Bradley & Bray Lawyers said:

“PMG Law offers a unique value proposition. Firstly, Bradley & Bray’s relationship with Peter Griffin continues to be incredibly important, and I am incredibly grateful for Peter’s ongoing contribution to the success of our firm.

Secondly, PMG Law has similar values and provides the comparable strong commercial and practical advice to its clients. Many of Peter’s long-term clients have already made the jump across to Bradley & Bray, and we have enjoyed getting to know these clients over this period.

Finally, PMG Law extends our reach to the Brisbane region, an area in which Bradley & Bray have always serviced, however this collaboration with PMG further cements our foothold within the Brisbane region.”

Bradley & Bray’s succession planning and business clients will benefit from the expertise brought to the firm through this merger. The firm will also be able to provide convenient access to clients within the Brisbane metropolitan area.
