Mark Bray.

Mark is the former Director of Bradley & Bray.

As the pioneer of our firm, Mark is a well-known and established Sunshine Coast local, known by those inside and outside of the Legal Community.

Mark began his legal career as an Articled Clerk in Rockhampton in the 1970’s. After working in a Solicitors office for 5 years and completing the Solicitors Board Course, he was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. Mark then moved to the Sunshine Coast in 1980 to work for what was then ‘AG Bradley & Associates’ before taking over the firm as Principal in 1986.

Since then, Mark has operated Bradley & Bray as a Sole Practitioner, until 2019 when he sold half of the practice to our other Director Jacob Corbett. In July 2021, Mark sold the other half of the practice to Jacob, and retired from legal practice.

Over his career, Mark was trusted by a large array of clients spanning over many years, comprising of first home buyers, all the way up to large-scale commercial clients. Mark’s experience, wealth of knowledge acquired over the years, and commercially sensible advice made Mark a respected and leading Commercial Lawyer here on the Sunshine Coast.

In the sporting Community, Mark has been involved in many associations over the years such as the Sunshine Coast Rowing Club (where he was President for 4 years) and undertaking work as a Judicial Member for the Sunshine Coast Rugby Union. Mark has also been a keen Cyclist over the years and regularly enjoys swimming before coming into the office.

Mark was also a Senior Counsellor for the Law Society and is currently the Secretary for the Nambour Chamber of Commerce.
